This office was recommended by a friend, and I've been going here now for about a year and a half. While it's still my favorite dentist in the area, there are some sharp edges to adjust to: (a) While my two previous dentists believed I should receive two cleanings a year, the 'philosophy' of this place seems to be that everyone should receive 3 cleanings a year. (b) This office is considered 'out of network' by my (Aetna) insurance so I need to front the total cost and eventually get an insurance check. If you're cost-conscious and out-of-network, be sure to clarify how much of each treatment they'll be expecting insurance to pay.
